The new public toilet at Madison park has been “open” for nearly a month, yet each on the dozen times I have walked by to try to use it, of is out of order. To add insult to injury, there is also always a CEMUSA maintenance truck parked adjacent with a sleeping repair man inside it, and a sign on the dashboard that reads “maintenance man — fixing the toilet.” ...
